Jennifer has lived and worked in Denton since 2001.  She has invested in multiple properties and has extensively researched the real estate market in Denton County. She acquired her Texas Real Estate Sales License in 2005 and worked for 2 years at Denton Premier Properties before opening her own Brokerage in May of 2008. Jennifer’s knowledge of the market and her business acumen make her a great resource for homeowners and investors. Jennifer holds 2 Associates Degrees from DCCCD - one in Business and one in Arts & Sciences - as well as a Certificate in Real Estate and her Real Estate Broker’s License. Additionally she has taken special classes in: Real Estate Investments, Property Management, Real Estate Finance and has completed extensive research in: Foreclosures, Tax Lien Properties, Finance (general & RE specific), Marketing and Business Management.
